Ours is the most economical scooter hire company in Mallorca. Our offer includes 2 helmets, with no extra charge for the second. On hiring a scooter you automatically receive third party insurance. We offer unlimited mileage, no extra charge for petrol and a discount for online reservations, depending on dates. Transfer from Mallorca airport to our offices is available for customers with advance reservations. Service free of charge is not included in the scooter rental fee. For more information see details in the menu ‘Hire of scooters airport’. You can arrange for extra cover with excess or comprehensive insurance with no excess direct at our offices.

To reserve a scooter the same day you must contact us through our email ade.elevation@gmail.com or by phone (+34) 651 72 32 63. We will inform you based on the availability of our fleet.

You can request this by completing our form or by sending a WhatsApp message to our Customer Service telephone number: +34 697402352. Once you arrive at the airport you should call to advise us of your arrival and we will send out our courtesy vehicle. Transfers are not available unless you make your reservation online in advance and complete your payment online or by bank transfer. When we receive notice of your arrival you will be provided with all the necessary information about the meet up point.

Our free transfer service from the airport works from Monday to Friday from 09:30 a.m. to 06:30 p.m. with prior request from our reservation engine, pre-paid online, the transfer service is not operational on weekends or included in the rental rates of the motorcycles, we carry out free of charge and only the outward journey, the return to the airport is not included. Our company will not proceed to any discount, reimbursement, payments or other types of favors for not using the transfer service.

If you have made an advance online reservation and requested transfer on arrival at Mallorca Airport, watch ‘our video’ which shows our meet up point. If you call us or send us a WhatsApp message we will send our courtesy vehicle out to you.

No. The vehicle will leave once you advise us of your arrival at the meet up point. The car will arrive in 10/15 minutes. Due to the large number of tourists during the summer season our vehicle can sometimes take a little more time to arrive. If this is the case we will advise you of how long you should expect to wait. Remember that this service is absolutely free and is not reflected in the scooter rental charge.

You can reach us by taxi or by bus from the airport with line A1. There is no payment for coming to us by taxi bus or walking for not having used the shuttle service

In order to rent a scooter you will need the following: National Identity Document or Foreign National Identity Number or Passport plus a current, driving licence valid in Spain. You will need to be at least 21 years of age and to have driving experience 1 year.

Our 49cc or 125cc scooters are appropriate for 2 people with helmets. We would remind you that the second helmet comes free of charge when you rent your motorcycle. There is no extra charge for the second driver, who also needs to hold the appropriate current documentation.

 

No. In Mallorca it is completely prohibited to park on pavements and there are substantial fines for contravening these regulations. Throughout Mallorca you can park your scooter free of charge in any of the designated parking zones. In many streets you will also find zones where you can park a scooter. We recommend that you do not park between 2 cars due to the fact that there is reduced visibility for vehicles making manoeuvres in reverse gear, increasing the risk of damage being caused to the scooter. When you park you must not forget to apply the lock to the rear wheel of the scooter.

There are no refunds for returning the motorcycles before the time or date mentioned in the rental contract, nor in the extras.

Yes of course, you can cancel your reservation as long as you do this with at least 48 hours’ advance notice. You will receive a full refund. However, if the cancellation is made without the required 48 hours’ notice, we are unable to make a refund.

At Mister Scooter we do not add any extra charge for fuel. The vehicle is rented according to the amount of fuel in the tank and it should be returned with the same amount. In the rental contract, the level of fuel is recorded before the vehicle leaves and it should be returned with the tank at the same level. If the customer refills the tank and there is more petrol in the tank on the day of return than when the rental began, no refunds will be made.

Yes, you can arrange additional insurance cover at our offices.

Additional cover ‘Comfort’ damage reduction with excess up to 150€ for damage or theft of the scooter.

Additional cover ‘Comfort Plus’ without excess

Theft of GPS, GPS equipment, helmets and trunk are excluded from any insurance or cover. In case of theft or loss, these extras will need to be paid for in full.

Yes, there is a mandatory deposit of 200€ which can be paid only by bank card.

The deposit is made by bank card, it is not a charge, although it appears as debited on the bank statement, it is not, it is a withholding. In the ticket that we will send you, you will be able to appreciate the word “pre-authorization” the amount is retained and in a few weeks it is automatically unlocked as long as you have returned the rental scooter in the same conditions, otherwise the damages will be debited from the deposit and if would exceed the amount of the deposit directly from the bank card that you will have provided us at the time of signing the rental contract.

Even if you have an insurance contract with another company, you must still pay the deposit and will be liable for any damage caused. You can make a subsequent claim for this with your own insurance company.

In case of accidents, the driver must fill in the accident report form and submit this to our offices within 24 hours. Pay for the damages sustained by third party insurance. Customers who have arranged additional cover ‘Comfort Plus Extra’ will be exempt from payment. The other additional cover ‘Comfort’ or ‘Comfort Plus’ will cover damages caused, depending on the type of excess which applies, of up to 150€.

Yes, all our customers benefit from the applicable roadside assistance, as long as this is for a mechanical breakdown, a puncture or an accident. However in cases where keys have been left in the ignition or on the seat or in the trunk, or where the keys have been lost or where there is no battery power, or where the scooter has run out of fuel or in circumstances where the recovery vehicle has been called out without reasonable grounds, a charge of 50€ will be made. Customers who are covered with ‘Comfort Plus’ will be exempt from this charge.

No substitute motorcycle will be provided in case of accidents, except for customers who have taken out additional cover under ‘Comfort Plus Extra’.

The contract will automatically be cancelled and no refund made. Customers must be at least 21 years of age and have a minimum of 1 year of driving experience. Mister Scooter, hereinafter ADE Elevation, reserves the right to cancel reservations if the customer does not have the capacity to drive or is under the effects of a substance which prevents them from driving.

No, this is not possible, because the deposit and the copy of your contract is located in the outlet where you rented the scooter. When you return the vehicle it is necessary for us to complete the check in process there.

All punctures are paid with an amount of €35. In case of having driven non-stop and having damaged the tire, the customer must pay for its replacement.

A roadside assistance service is available 24 hours a day and the telephone numbers are in the rental contract at the bottom of the page.

When contracting through our reservation website you automatically have third-party insurance, we optionally offer insurance for your scooter or motorcycle, insurance with reduced excess or full-risk insurance for your motorcycle, these options are available on our reservation form and the price differs depending on the type of scooters or motorcycles.
